Indoor Exhibit Space Priority & Placement Process

Indoor exhibitors whose applications and full payments are received by 10 November 2016 will be assigned to a priority category based on the criteria described below. All exhibitors within each priority category will then be randomly ordered and assigned appointment times to call into the exhibitor hotline to select their exhibit space placement. The live, online exhibit space placements will take place between 29 November and 22 December 2016.

Priority One

Includes all exhibitors that reserve a minimum of 20 contiguous 3m-by-3m exhibit spaces (180 sqm). All original airframe manufacturers within priority one that are displaying an aircraft either inside their exhibit space or on the static display will be assigned appointment times ahead of other priority-one exhibitors.

Priority Two – Premium Placement Exhibitors

Includes all exhibitors reserving less than 180 sqm that select the premium placement option. Priority-two exhibitors also receive two additional badges per 3m-by-3m exhibit space reserved. Priority-two exhibitors that have exhibited at EBACE for at least 10 consecutive years will be assigned appointment times ahead of other priority-two exhibitors.

Priority Three

Includes those exhibitors that reserve less than 180 sqm and have exhibited at EBACE for at least 10 consecutive years.

Priority Four

Includes those other exhibitors whose applications and full payments are received no later than 10 November 2016.

Priority Five – Payments After 10 November 2016

Includes those exhibitors whose applications or payments in full are received after the 10 November 2016 deadline. Priority-five exhibitors will be assigned space once priority-one, priority-two, priority-three and priority-four exhibitors have been placed, space permitting. Priority-five exhibitors are placed in the order in which applications (and full payments) are received.

Sponsors: EBACE2016 sponsors in priority two, priority three and priority four will be placed first within their respective priority categories.

Once priority category has been determined for all eligible exhibitors, each exhibitor will receive via email:

  • Official priority draw results
  • Confirmation of their participation in the live, online exhibit space placement
  • Detailed timeline for live exhibit space placement
  • Information about the live, online stand selection process
  • Reminder of permissible stand configurations and hanging sign rules

Following the placement of each exhibitor, exhibitors will receive stand confirmation, including stand number, via email.
