EBACE offers a variety of exhibit options for companies of all sizes. Review important information about pricing and discounts.
Note: All exhibitors must be members in good standing of EBAA or NBAA. Any exhibitor with its headquarters in Europe must be a member of EBAA.

Indoor Exhibits
Indoor exhibits will be located in Halls 4, 5 and 6 at Palexpo. Exhibits smaller than a 6m-by-6m stand must reserve either inline raw space or shell scheme space. A minimum of a 6m-by-6m stand is required to reserve raw exhibit space.
Standard Placement
- Raw Space: $3,975 per 3m-by-3m exhibit space reserved
- Inline Raw Space: $4,315 per 3m-by-3m exhibit space reserved
- Shell Scheme Space: $4,775 per 3m-by-3m exhibit space reserved
Regular pricing in place after 9 November 2017.
Priority One Exhibitors
Exhibitors reserving a minimum of 180 sqm of contiguous exhibit space.
- $3,995 per 3m-by-3m exhibit space reserved
Premium Placement
This option offers exhibitors reserving less than 180 sqm of exhibit space the opportunity to move to a higher priority status. To qualify for premium placement, this option must be selected on the exhibit application and full payment – on a non-refundable basis – must be received by 9 November 2017.
- Raw Space: $4,925 per 3m-by-3m exhibit space reserved
- Inline Raw Space: $5,265 per 3m-by-3m exhibit space reserved
- Shell Scheme Space: $5,725 per 3m-by-3m exhibit space reserved
Early Payment Discount
The deadline for discount and premium placement pricing for indoor exhibitors is 9 November 2017. Indoor exhibit space prices will increase by $150 per 3m-by-3m space reserved after the deadline.

First-time Exhibitor Pavilion
The First-time Exhibitor Pavilion offers an easy and economical way to have a professional display at EBACE, Europe’s premier business aviation event. This opportunity is only available to companies that did not exhibit at either EBACE2016 or EBACE2017.
- $3,850 for a 1m x 2m unit (limit one per company)
Each 1m x 2m unit includes the following:
- Two exhibitor badges
- Access to the first-time exhibitor lounge area
- Listing in the printed EBACE Show Guide, the online exhibitor directory and mobile app
- Graphic paneled wall
- Cupboard with a graphic option
- Literature rack
- Stool
- Electric outlet
- Daily booth cleaning
- First-year membership in either EBAA or NBAA (for new members only)
Static Display
Static display exhibits will be located at Geneva International Airport, which is immediately adjacent to Palexpo. Static display exhibits must showcase real aircraft. Exhibits without aircraft are not permitted on the static display.
Ramp Space: $475 per 3m-by-3m space reserved
Aircraft Movement Fees: Aircraft movement fees are determined based upon the size of the aircraft. EBACE management will collect fees and pass them along to service provider.

Ancillary charges for services to support the static display exhibits will be billed separately.
Fees for additional services such as electrical service, aircraft GPU and temporary air-conditioners will be billed separately by the EBACE-appointed service provider.
Aircraft mock-ups are not permitted on the static display. Only actual aircraft are permitted. Exhibitors should plan accordingly and include mock-ups with their indoor exhibits.
