Bernhard FragnerBernhard Fragner is chief executive officeer for GlobeAir with a demonstrated history in entrepreneurship and operations in the aviation industry for over 15 years.

A passionate aviator, Fragner is a strong believer in revolutionizing short-haul travel by applying the air taxi modelt o maximize aircraft utilization with reliable IT support.

Fragner operates the world’s largest homogeneous fleet of Textron Citation Mustang movers in the air taxi industry, currently with 20 jets and counting.

Driven by his personal mantra “passion into profession,“ he encourages his team to reach new limits each day, ensuring customer service – one of the main pillars of his business model – is performed with extreme precision and care to exceed clients´ expectations.

During the last ten years, Fragner has managed to position GlobeAir as an innovative market leader in Europe. He graduated as a civil engineer in mechanical plant design from Vienna University and attended an MBA aviation management program at the Blue Danube University in Krems, Austria.

He holds an EASA ATPL license in addition to a type rating instructor and examiner authorization. He received training in all EASA post-holder management positions.

Fragner has been honored with several awards in aviation including: the Flight Safety Award by EBAA in 2015; the price for the best performing Austrian exporting business in 2016; an Austrian Pegasus Award for best business in 2016; the best business jet operator award in 2017; and a lifetime achievement in aviation award by Sapphire.
