Helene Niedhart is the founder of Cat Aviation Ltd, leading the company as CEO and president since its inception in 1987. Her professional career started in the banking business. She later expanded her expertise during assignments abroad. She studied at IGW at University of St. Gallen Switzerland.

Niedhart holds full credentials as a captain, type rating instructor (TRI) and type rating examiner (TRE) with more than 11,000 flying hours.
