Nick van der Meer is the South African-born Chief Operating Officer of Vista Global, the world’s largest privately owned business jet fleet operator. He oversees the management and operations of over 150 business aircraft operating to every region of the world.

Van der Meer holds a European Airline Transport Pilot License and has worked his way up through the ranks from line pilot, to flight safety officer and chief pilot to his current position. He places huge importance on operational safety and how the correct organizational culture is a key requirement to this.
