Exhibit Options & Pricing
EBACE offers a variety of exhibit options for companies of all sizes. Review important information about pricing and discounts.
All exhibitors must be members in good standing of EBAA or NBAA. Any exhibitor with its headquarters in Europe must be a member of EBAA.
Aircraft display exhibits will be located at Geneva International Airport, which is immediately adjacent to Palexpo. Aircraft display exhibits must showcase real aircraft. Exhibits without aircraft are not permitted on the aircraft display.
Aircraft mock-ups are not permitted on the outdoor display of aircraft. Therefore, aircraft display exhibitors should plan accordingly to include mock-ups within their indoor exhibit space.
Submit your exhibit application and payment by this date to secure the discounted exhibit pricing and qualify for priority placement.

Note: *Premium placement offers exhibitors with exhibits smaller than 180 sqm the opportunity to move to a higher priority status, and receive two additional badges per exhibit space reserved. This option must be selected on the exhibit application and full payment – on a nonrefundable basis – must be received by 5 February 2021.
Indoor exhibits will be located in Halls 4, 5 and 6 at Palexpo. Exhibits smaller than a 6m-by-6m stand must reserve either inline raw space or shell scheme space. A minimum of a 6m-by-6m stand is required to reserve raw exhibit space.
First-time Exhibitor Turnkey Pavilion
The First-time Exhibitor Turnkey Pavilion offers an easy and economical way to have a professional display at EBACE, Europe’s premier business aviation event. This opportunity is only available to companies that did not exhibit at EBACE2019.
Note: Due to the limited space, no additional exhibit elements (i.e. TV monitors, pull-up banners, etc.) are permitted within the turnkey display space.
- $3,900 per 1m x 2m unit (limit one per company)
Each 1m x 2m unit includes the following:
- Two exhibitor badges
- Company profile in the online exhibitor directory and mobile app
- Graphic panel on wall (1m x 0.7m)
- Company name/logo (400 mm x 400 mm)
- Locking cupboard
- Two white stools
- Electric outlet
- Carpet
- Daily stand cleaning
- First-year membership in either EBAA or NBAA

Aircraft Movement Fees
Aircraft movement fees are determined based upon the size of the aircraft. EBACE management will collect fees and pass them along to service provider.

Ancillary charges for services to support the aircraft display exhibits will be billed separately.
Fees for additional services such as electrical service, aircraft GPU and temporary air-conditioners will be billed separately by the EBACE-appointed service providers.
Aircraft mock-ups are not permitted on the aircraft display. Only actual aircraft are permitted. Exhibitors should plan accordingly and include mock-ups within their indoor exhibit space.
