EBACE2021 Cancellation Resource for Exhibitors
The EBACE exhibits team has compiled a resource for exhibitors to answer questions about the administrative considerations related to the show’s cancellation. Exhibitors may elect to have their EBACE2021 exhibit fees refunded or applied to EBACE2022.
Exhibitors are requested to complete the EBACE2021 Cancellation Form by Wednesday, 24 March 2021, to indicate if they would like to have their 2021 exhibit funds refunded or credited to EBACE2022.

What fees will be refunded for EBACE2021?
EBACE management will refund all fees paid for EBACE2021 aircraft display space and indoor exhibit space.
When is EBACE2022?
EBACE2022 will be held in Geneva, Switzerland at Palexpo and Geneva International Airport on 23-25 May 2022.
Can we apply our refund to EBACE2022?
Yes, if you would like us to credit your EBACE2021 exhibit fees, kindly check the “See You Next Year!” box on the EBACE2021 Cancellation Form. Exhibitors who select this option will have their EBACE2021 indoor exhibit space and aircraft display space fees credited to EBACE2022 at the 2021 exhibit rates and subject to the terms & conditions for EBACE2022.
How will my refunded exhibit and aircraft display fees be returned?
Exhibit fees will be refunded as follows:
- Exhibitors who paid by credit card will receive their refunds to the same credit card that was used to make payment.
- Exhibitors based in the U.S. or Canada who paid by check or wire transfers will receive their refunds by check.
- Other exhibitors who paid by wire transfer will receive their refund by wire transfer. In order to process wire transfers, exhibitor must provide wiring details on the EBACE2021 Cancellation Form.
When will we receive our refund?
All refunds will be processed by 1 May 2021.
