All exhibitors in raw space, including inline raw space, must submit complete stand drawings online via the Stand Drawing Submission Portal to EBACE show management for approval by 19 March 2021.

Inline Stand – Shell Scheme Space
Inline shell scheme stands contain one or more 3m-by-3m units in a straight line with stands on either side and behind their back walls.

Inline Stand – Raw Space
Inline raw space is perfect for exhibitors who are building custom stands and have their own wall structures. Inline raw space is defined as a narrow stand space comprised of one or more 3m-by-3m units in a straight line. Inline raw space does not include shell-scheme walls.

Exhibit elements – 2.5m (8 ft) Company name header – 3.05m (10 ft)

All hardwalls must be finished.
No identification of any kind is allowed on a back wall that adjoins another exhibitor. This includes the company logo.
Inline raw space exhibitors may have shell scheme stands next to and behind them.
Exhibitors must provide flooring for the entirety of their stand space.
Main Aisle Island Stand
A main aisle island stand is exhibit space that is a minimum of 36 sqm, is surrounded by aisles on all four sides and is located on the red main aisles on the floor plan. These locations are highlighted in orange on the exhibitor view of the floor plan.

A non-main aisle island stand is exhibit space that is a minimum of 36 sqm, is surrounded by aisles on all four sides and is not located on the designated main aisles.

A peninsula stand is an exhibit space that is a minimum of 36 sqm, is exposed to aisles on three sides and shares a common back wall with another exhibitor.
Lighting trusses are permitted if they are included on the stand drawings, do not exceed 9.1m (30 ft) in height, and are fully contained within the exhibitor’s purchased exhibit space.
Lights must be directed to the interior boundaries of the exhibitor’s purchased exhibit space.
Bulbs: Halogen or LED.Lighting, including lamps, strobe, gobo flashing and rotating lighting, may not interfere with neighboring stands.

Stand Drawing Approval
All exhibitors in raw space, including inline raw space, must submit complete stand drawings online via the Stand Drawing Submission Portal to EBACE show management for approval by 19 March 2021. Review the Stand Configuration Rules.
Exhibitors must submit complete stand drawings for approval even if they are using the same exhibit as in previous years.
Drawings will not be reviewed until all required elements, as well as the EAC contract and EAC certificate of insurance, are provided.
All drawings must be submitted to both EBACE show management and to Palexpo.
To submit drawings to EBACE show management, use the Stand Drawing Submission Portal. This portal will be available in the coming months.
Stand drawings must include the following elements:
Event name: EBACE2021
Exhibitor name and stand number
Rendering packet, including views of all four sides and an overhead view
Complete technical drawings with the following information:
Stand dimensions (heights, widths and lengths of hard walls, including glass)
Maximum height of stand
Orientation (label surrounding stand numbers)
Any rigging or safety points (if applicable) Note: a maximum of 4 safety points are permitted on non-perimeter stands.
Hanging signs, if applicable (permitted in perimeter locations only)
Truss or overhead lighting. Note: Lighting trusses must fit completely within purchased exhibit space and cannot extend into or over the aisle.
Multi-level and Covered Exhibits:
Exhibitors with multi-level and covered stands are required to receive approval from both EBACE show management and Palexpo.
Multi-level and covered stand submissions must include the following in addition to the items listed above:
Maximum number of occupants allowed
Structural engineer’s stamp certifying that the platform can bear the maximum occupant load
Rise and run/tread of steps/stairs
Drawings for tents, awnings, and canopies with detailed plans showing size, height, location, anchoring areas and certification that the material is flame retardant
Copies of sealed and scaled floor plans, with front and side elevations.
