Hans Nilsson

Senior Executive Consultant, Alumni

Hans Nilsson is an experienced international executive who brings more than 25 years of industrial leadership and management consulting experience to Alumni, a global organizational consulting firm.

He focuses on C-suite searches and recruitment of non-executive directors/chairmen within the industrial, transportation and technology sector for both listed and private equity-held companies.

Before joining Alumni, Nilsson worked at another global executive search firm, where he was a key member of the industrial and transportation practice, and acted as the global aviation sector leader. He has conducted numerous C-level and board position searches across the globe.

Prior to his career in executive search, HNilsson served as a Director at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Geneva.

Earlier, Nilsson held executive positions at Swiss, KLM, West Atlantic and Jeppesen. He started his career as pilot for the Swedish Coast Guard. Nilsson has been an active contributor to advisory boards defining new applications, services concepts and business strategies.

Nilsson earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Leicester, and he holds a degree in Aeronautical Science as a graduate Coast Guard Pilot.
