Nicole Kappos

With over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Nicole Kappos has held numerous leadership roles at Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC), and most recently is responsible for driving business growth and the continued strategic transformation of the aftermarket business. Kappos and her team continue to develop solutions for their customers, leveraging the latest digital marketing platforms while establishing relationships with key influencers within the aerospace industry to expand reach and support opportunities in the marketplace. Driving a sustainability agenda, her team most recently launched a Carbon Offset Service for all P&WC markets.

A proponent of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Kappos served as Co-President of the Women’s Leadership Committee at P&WC and has organized several conferences jointly with other global companies. She is also a member of the International Women’s Aviation Association (IAWA) and sits on their Scholarship board. Kappos has also served as a panelist at the Desautels Faculty of Management (McGill University), John Molson School of Business (Concordia University) as well as at the aerospace industry Corporate Jet Investor and JetNet IQ events.

Kappos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Concordia University and an MBA from Queen’s University. Kappos has also completed training at the Thayer Leader Development Group at West Point.
