EBACE will follow applicable regulations concerning the use of masks. More information will be provided on the Health & Safety Information page. Important COVID-19 Information

COVID-19, a highly infectious disease caused by the novel coronavirus, is currently classified as a pandemic by public health authorities. It is associated with severe symptoms including acute respiratory issues, severe damage to lungs and other organs and death. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person, and individuals over age 65 and people of any age who have certain underlying medical conditions are at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. COVID-19 is not fully understood at this time, and understanding of the symptoms, risks and spread of the disease may change over time. Although the organizers of EBACE will take all reasonable safety precautions to protect the health of participants (as further described below), because thousands of attendees are expected, EBACE LLC cannot guarantee that participants will not be exposed to COVID-19 during attendance at the event.

COVID-19 Participant Guidelines

The safety and well-being of event participants is the highest priority for the organizers of EBACE2022. EBAA, NBAA, Palexpo and Geneva Airport, in collaboration with medical and governmental authorities, will adopt protocols for attendees, exhibitors, vendors and other partners to protect the health of all participants. These protocols may include requirements such as wearing a face covering and presenting proof of vaccination, proof of recovery and/or proof of a negative test result. Specific protocols are subject to change based on evolving conditions and applicable regulations. More information is available on the EBACE2022 Health & Safety Information page and will be sent to all registered attendees. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLY WITH THESE GUIDELINES AS IMPLEMENTED BY EBACE LLC AND THE VENUES.
