EBACE2023 Indoor Exhibit Space Priority Placement Process

Indoor exhibitors whose applications and full payments are received by 9 December 2022 will qualify for the priority placement process.

Qualifying exhibitors will be assigned to a priority category based on the criteria described below.

Once the priority category has been determined for all eligible exhibitors, all exhibitors within each priority category will then be randomly ordered and assigned appointment times to call-in via Google Meet to speak with the EBACE exhibits team to select their stand location.

Each qualifying exhibitor will receive an email including:

  • Official priority draw results
  • Confirmation of their participation in the live, online stand selection process
  • Detailed timeline for live, online stand selection
  • Information about the live, online stand selection process
  • Reminder of permissible stand configuration and hanging sign rules

Following the placement of each exhibitor, exhibitors will receive a stand confirmation email that includes a link to the Exhibitor Service Kit.

The live exhibit space placements will take place from early January to mid-February 2023.
