All exhibitor-appointed contractors (EACs) and their subcontractors must complete this form, upload a certificate of insurance (COI) and agree to comply with all EBACE2023 terms and conditions, rules, stand display regulations, contract and union jurisdictions.

EBACE2023 exhibitors may use an EAC if:

  • The EAC has been approved by Palexpo.

EBACE Management may deny any EAC access to EBACE2023 if these requirements have not been met or when determined to be in the best interest of the show.

EACs are responsible for registering all subcontractors who may be working for/with them and for ensuring that the subcontractors have also registered individually and provided appropriate insurance documentation to EBACE management.
