EBACE2023 Extended Work Hours Request Form

All EACs/stand builders/exhibitors who need to continue working on their stands after normal work hours – between 19:00 – 07:00 – must complete this form and pay the appropriate fee to cover additional lighting and security costs.

Extended hours are not permitted on the aircraft display.

Extended Work Hours Fee: $500 per day

This fee must be paid on-site in the EBACE Exhibits team office on or before the days working late. Cash or credit are the only payment methods accepted.

Once the form has been submitted, fees become payable in full and are non-refundable. There will be no exceptions.
