Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors (EACs)
Exhibitors and EACs must complete the following steps by 24 March 2023.

Stand Drawings
Stand drawings will not be reviewed until show management has received complete drawings, Exhibitor Notification of Intent to Use Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor Form, EAC contract and EAC certificate of insurance.

Freeman, EMEA Ordering
Freeman, EMEA is the official service contractor for EBACE2023. Freeman services include custom exhibits, shell scheme exhibits, decorating, carpeting, furniture, accessories, graphics and labor.
The Freeman Online Ordering Portal is now closed for online orders.
Visit the Freeman Service Desk on-site for any orders. Note: There will be limited availability of some items on-site.

Palexpo Ordering
Use the Palexpo portals to order catering, cleaning, compressed air, drainage, gas, electrical services, floral, parking, rigging, staffing, steam, telephone/communication and water.
Exhibitors may use their Palexpo password previously created for EBACE2022 or may request a new password by selecting the “Obtain a password” link on Palexpo portals.
