Claudio Trevisan

Before joining EASA in 2006, Claudio Trevisan worked as a quality manager, auditor, trainer and consultant for several air operators and aerodromes.

Between 2014 and 2020 he was the Head of the EASA Air Operations Department, responsible for regulations, standardization, the coordination of the EU ramp inspections program and the authorization of third country operators flying to the EU.

In 2020 he took over the coordination of standardization and safety management system activities, and in 2022 he was appointed as program manager, digitalization of aviation within the EASA Flight Standards Directorate. This role is part of the agency’s efforts to facilitate and support a safe and secure digitalization of the EU aviation industry as a key enabler for the safest, most environmentally sustainable and most efficient aviation system.

Trevisan holds a master’s degree in transportation engineering.
