Sébastien Lacube is the Chief Scientific Officer at Azzera, where he applies his extensive expertise earned from his Ph. D. and 10 years of research on climate change and risk modeling in supply chains. Today at Azzera, he takes the lead on GHG accounting and carbon compensation solutions, ensuring their integrity for aviation clients. Lacube is actively involved in various sustainability and aviation initiatives, including the Isometric Research network on Carbon Removal, the EBAA S.T.A.R.S. Environmental Sustainability Program as a Vice-Chair, and the Research Committee of the French NGO Team for the Planet. His unique combination of business and scientific backgrounds enables him to understand and address the challenges of balancing business growth with environmental impact.
