Don’t Miss the Leaders Shaping Business Aviation’s Future at EBACE2024

The 2024 edition of the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2024) will feature a unique speakers’ lineup of big thinkers driving the key innovations in safety, sustainability, technological advancements and workforce development that are shaping the future of aviation.

EBACE, Europe’s leading business aviation event, will take place at Geneva’s Palexpo and Geneva Airport from 28-30 May. The annual convention is hosted by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA).

“We are thrilled to present a stellar lineup of industry innovators and important policymakers at EBACE2024,” said EBAA Secretary General Holger Krahmer. “These thought leaders are at the forefront of advancements in business aviation, and their insights will be invaluable as we navigate the future of our industry.”

The following are among the influential leaders who will share their vision on the future of flight.

Delphine Bachmann, Department of Economy & Employment, Geneva
Delphine Bachmann is the State Councilor in charge of the Department of Economy and Labor (DEE) of the Republic and Canton of Geneva. She is dedicated to driving the city’s environmental transition forward while also helping local businesses and citizens thrive. She will be speaking during the keynote session, “Legends, Leaders Take Center Stage,” on 28 May.

Dr. Jean Botti, Co-founder, CEO and CTA of VoltAero SA
Dr. Jean Botti is the Co-founder, CEO and CTA of VoltAero SA, which is building the line of Cassio electric hybrid aircraft intended for air taxi/charter missions, regional travel, and other applications. Voltaero’s Cassio 330 will be on the aircraft display at Geneva Airport. He will be a featured panelist in a 28 May Newsmakers session, and as a speaker in a 30 May roundtable

Toby Edwards, Co-CEO, Victor
Toby Edwards is co-CEO of Victor, the multi award-winning on-demand jet charter platform and sector leader in Europe. Since becoming co-CEO in 2020, Edwards has driven growth, led the business to profitability and propelled Victor’s entire strategy around sustainability. He will speak at a 30 May EBACE session focused on attracting and retaining the next generation of business aviation leaders.

Eloa Guillotin, CEO, Beyond Aero
Eloa Guillotin is the CEO and co-founder of Beyond Aero, a French startup that is building the first hydrogen-electric business aircraft. She has received multiple awards, including the French Academy of Technologies and Forbes 30 Under 30 France. She will be a featured speaker during the EBACE2024 Sustainability Summit.

Kennedy Ricci, President, 4AIR
Kennedy Ricci is the president of 4AIR. A pilot, Ricci has combined his family history, a passion for technology and a commitment to giving back to form 4AIR with the goal of decarbonising the aviation industry. Ricci will be part of a 27 Mayn EBACE Newsmakers Session focused on business aviation’s goal to achieve net-zero emissions, and will address the EBACE2024 Sustainability Summit.

Anita Sengupta, CEO, Hydroplane
Dr. Anita Sengupta is an aerospace engineer, rocket scientist, professor and commercial pilot. In 2020, she founded Hydroplane to develop a novel hydrogen fuel cell powered electric power plant for aircraft, using her passion as a pilot, skills as an executive, training as a technologist, and presence as a transport thought leader to enable truly sustainable aviation. Sengupta will address the EBACE2024 Sustainability Summit. Hydroplane is exhibiting at EBACE.
