As EBACE25 draws to a close, the atmosphere at Geneva’s Palexpo reflects a sense of momentum, purpose and progress. This year marks a new chapter as the first edition led solely by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA). More than a handover, EBACE25 debuted a bold new identity: a reimagined platform designed by and for the industry, signalling a clear shift toward a more connected, forward-facing future for Business Aviation in Europe.
Over three days, thousands of Business Aviation professionals gathered to forge new partnerships, share ideas and move business forward. From operators and innovators to manufacturers, market disruptors and service providers, EBACE25 brought together a powerful cross-section of the Business Aviation community. The refreshed format set a new standard, delivering a platform in tune with the evolving business landscape.
The event opened with a high-energy Welcome Celebration, uniting delegates, exhibitors and partners to set the tone for the week of connection and collaboration. From day one, attendees engaged in a reimagined conference agenda reflecting the priorities and challenges shaping Business Aviation today.
Sessions explored a range of topics including fleet trends and market dynamics, European growth opportunities, and how to promote diversity, equity and inclusion. Regulatory issues were brought into focus, with particular attention on the implications of ReFuelEU and the industry’s collective response to environmental policy and operational constraints. Throughout the week, EBAA’s advocacy efforts were front and centre, emphasising the importance of coordinated engagement with European policymakers and national aviation associations.
The Innovation & Sustainability stage showcased advancements in autonomous flight, highlighting Business Aviation’s role in leading technological progress, as well as tailored sessions for the air charter community. The Flight Daily News Live stage delivered timely updates and expert commentary, ensuring delegates remained connected to the latest developments and conversations happening across the show floor.
Exhibitors and attendees embraced the reimagined and rebranded EBACE25, praising its fresh format, updated look, and renewed focus on meaningful connections. Companies appreciated the event’s modernised design and networking opportunities, recognising the value it brought to both their teams and the broader industry community.
Longstanding exhibitors highlighted EBACE’s continued relevance as a key trade show, noting that this year’s edition successfully laid a strong foundation for future growth under EBAA’s leadership.
As EBACE25 concludes, the industry leaves Geneva with renewed optimism and a clear direction. We extend our sincere thanks to all exhibitors, speakers, delegates, sponsors and media partners who contributed to the success of EBACE25.
This year’s edition marked more than a successful show – it signaled the start of a transformation. With a bold new identity built by and for the industry, EBACE25 has redefined what EBACE can be. EBACE will return in 2026 even stronger, continuing to serve as the premier platform for innovation, connection and leadership in Business Aviation in Europe.
