Trailblazers Navratilova, Rutherford Fire Imaginations to Open EBACE2022
Two women – tennis legend Martina Navratilova and record-breaking pilot Zara Rutherford – personified the future of business aviation as the 2022 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2022) opened today at Geneva, Switzerland’s Palexpo center and Geneva Airport. Rutherford, who talked about her challenges flying solo around the world, said it was all worth it. The bottom line? “Take that that first step,” she said. Exciting New Aircraft Debuts Take Place at EBACE2022
Manufacturers are debuting a range of models at EBACE2022, giving attendees a first look at the industry’s latest innovations. Attendees are getting the opportunity to see and climb aboard the new Bombardier 7500, Dassault Falcon 6X, Gulfstream 700 and Tecnam P2012. Bombardier also made EBACE2022 the place for the worldwide announcement of its Global 8000, which will be the world’s fastest and longest-range business jet. EBACE2022: Industry Leaders Spotlight Sustainability at Summit Kickoff
Executives from companies developing game-changing technologies that can deliver deep emissions reductions made their case at the opening of the inaugural EBACE Business Aviation Sustainability Summit, as a new award was announced to decarbonize the sector.
