Careers in Business Aviation Day

Wednesday, 24 May 2017

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) are invested in the future workforce of business aviation and have dedicated the final day of EBACE to the next generation of professionals and leaders – students.  Careers in Business Aviation Day will introduce students to the global business aviation industry and inspire them to pursue successful and rewarding careers.

High school and university students are encouraged to attend EBACE2017 – Europe’s largest and most important business aviation event of the year – for a day of student-focused speakers and the chance to see and explore the industry up close.

Careers in Business Aviation Day will include the following:

  • 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.: Careers in Business Aviation Day General Session features industry leaders who will share stories about the exciting world of aviation and let students know how they can prepare for a successful career in the industry
  • 11:00 a.m.: High School Tours of Exhibits & Aircraft
  • 11:00am – 12:00pm: A University Roundtable Session for students attending a university, where students interact directly with industry professionals in an informal roundtable format to learn about career paths and get advice on how to enter the field
  • Dedicated time to tour the exhibit floor, including the static display of business aircraft at Geneva International Airport

Admission to Careers in Business Aviation Day is free for all high school and university students, ages 12 and higher, as well as their faculty, parents and chaperones. Students 12-17 must be accompanied by a chaperone.

In addition, students attending a university have the option of attending all three days of EBACE2017 at a discounted rate of $85. Note: Students must present a school/university ID at the EBACE2017 registration counter to obtain a student badge for EBACE2017.
