Channel IT Group CEO Bassim Haidar said his company had grown so fast partly because of business aircraft, adding, “It’s not a luxury, it’s a tool.” Bernard Kouchner, co-founder of Doctors Without Borders and former French minister of foreign and European affairs, said that humanitarian efforts would be impossible without light aircraft.
