Industry Trends, Safety and Career Development Highlight EBACE2016 Education Sessions

“EBACE2016 will continue the event’s tradition of providing an engaging agenda of education sessions and presenters for business aviation professionals in Europe,” said Mike Nichols, NBAA’s vice president, operational excellence and professional development. “Each session is led by top experts in the subject matter area, and presents real-life guidance for business aircraft operators and service providers.”

Trends in business aviation will be featured at EBACE2016, with the session “State of the Industry: Business as Usual is Not Good Enough,” focusing on operational and market data and solutions for growth, while “Shortage of Skills in Aviation in Europe: Myth or Reality?” will focus on finding and hiring the skilled workforce business aviation employers need to succeed.

Other education sessions will focus on safety, aircraft emissions, satellite-based technologies, industry standards and more.

The EBACE2016 program also includes a networking event hosted by Women in Aviation, International,, a Young Professionals debate and networking session and a skills and careers session for students considering a career in business aviation.

“The education sessions at EBACE provide a real value-add at this year’s event – especially for those who are looking for more than networking and sales opportunities,” said Bianca Dorneanu, EBAA’s events operations manager. “These sessions allow the community to get more involved in the some of the most challenging issues facing business aviation today to help drive the change for tomorrow.”
