Planning process

After your exhibit application has been submitted, you will need to begin the process of planning for your participation at EBACE25. Order services for your stand and find more resources to make your planning easier.

EXHIBITOR RESOURCE CENTER

Use the EBACE Exhibitor Resource Center to order show services, review key deadlines and update your company’s information in the EBACE25 Exhibitor Directory.

EXHIBIT STAFF REGISTRATION

EBACE25 exhibitors may log in to register exhibit staff and guests for show badges. Additionally, exhibitors may purchase additional badges beyond their allotment for company staff and guests at the reduced exhibitor rate of € 125.

CO-EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM

All co-exhibitors and companies sharing exhibit space must be registered and must be members of EBAA. Failure to advise EBACE show management of  shared exhibit space in advance – including displaying the advertising of another company’s products or services – may result in additional charges to exhibitors.

EXHIBITOR SUSTAINABILITY PLEDGE

To augment the EBAA’s efforts to make EBACE25 a more sustainable event, exhibitors are invited to participate in the EBACE25 Exhibitor Sustainability Pledge.

PRESS CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATIONS

Exhibitors may host press conferences at EBACE25 to let the industry know about their company’s latest news.

MEETING ROOM REQUEST FORM

EBACE show management offers meeting rooms on show days exclusively to EBACE25 exhibitors for a small fee. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, firstserved basis.
