New conference confirmed for EBACE26

EBACE26 will introduce a bold new conference agenda, reflecting both the pace of change and the growing complexity of the European business aviation landscape. Designed to deliver deeper insight, broader perspectives and greater engagement, the programme will be structured around three dedicated stages — EBAA, Association and Media — each offering a distinct lens on the issues shaping the industry today and into the future.

Across three days, attendees can expect a comprehensive programme of panel discussions, keynote sessions and interactive Q&As, bringing together policymakers, operators, manufacturers, service providers, disruptors and leading journalists. By convening voices from across the entire ecosystem, EBACE26 will create a platform for meaningful dialogue, informed debate and actionable insight.

The agenda will be anchored around three key themes — Innovation, Safety and Future Workforce — ensuring a focused exploration of the challenges and opportunities defining business aviation. From technological transformation and sustainability efforts to evolving regulatory frameworks and the next generation of talent, each theme will provide a structured way to navigate the industry’s most pressing priorities.

EBAA Stage

Led by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), this stage will place member priorities at the forefront. Sessions will highlight the association’s ongoing advocacy efforts, strategic initiatives and key projects aimed at supporting and advancing the sector across Europe.

Attendees will gain valuable insight into the current state of the industry, alongside expert analysis of Europe’s business aviation market outlook for 2026. With a focus on policy, growth and resilience, the EBAA Stage will provide essential context for organisations navigating an increasingly complex operating environment.

Association Stage

Hosted by leading European associations, this stage will offer a collaborative platform to unpack the regulatory and operational challenges facing business aviation. Through expert-led discussions, attendees will gain clarity on evolving policy frameworks, regulatory headwinds and their implications for the industry.

In addition to regulation, sessions will explore broader market trends, offering a well-rounded perspective on the forces influencing business aviation across Europe. This stage is designed to support informed decision-making, equipping stakeholders with the knowledge needed to respond to both current pressures and future developments.

Media Stage

Delivered in partnership with EBACE’s media collaborators, the Media Stage will bring together the voices that report on and shape the industry narrative. Featuring journalists, editors and commentators, these sessions will provide independent perspectives and in-depth analysis of key topics.

With contributions from exhibitors and industry experts, discussions will cover areas such as connectivity, maintenance and aircraft charter, alongside emerging trends and innovations. The open, conversational format will encourage dynamic exchange and offer attendees a unique opportunity to engage with the stories and insights driving the sector forward.
