Move-in Schedule – Palexpo
Move-in for Palexpo begins on Monday, 15 May 2017, on a targeted basis.
Note: All exhibits must be set and in place by 15:00 on Sunday, 21 May 2017, so that aisle carpeting can be installed.
If the exhibit space is not occupied by this time, EBACE management will consider it canceled by the exhibitor and assumes the right to use such space as deemed appropriate. Move-in Schedule – Static Display of Aircraft
While all aircraft must arrive on Saturday, 20 May 2017, general move-in for the static display is Sunday, 21 May 2017, from 8:00 to 19:00. As Geneva International Airport is in continuous operation with airline and business aircraft, early move-in is not permitted.

Move-out – Palexpo
Move-out for Palexpo will begin at 16:00 on Wednesday, 24 May 2017, and all materials must be removed by 17:00 on Friday, 26 May 2017.
All exhibits must remain staffed and in place until the show closes at 16:00 on Wednesday, 24 May and exhibitors may not begin dismantling their exhibits before 16:00. Please plan accordingly. Exhibitors found in violation of this rule will be ineligible for the indoor exhibit space priority draw for EBACE2018 and will be assessed a $500 fee.
TWI/IEL, the official freight forwarder for EBACE, reserves the right to ship (freight collect) packages, cartons, crates, etc., left in the Palexpo exhibit hall beyond the days and times of dismantling, unless special contract arrangements are entered into by the exhibitor and TWI/IEL.

Move-out – Static Display of Aircraft
Static display exhibitor move-out begins at show closing, 14:00 on Wednesday, 24 May 2017. Aircraft movements will begin after 15:45 that same day. All aircraft and exhibit materials must be removed by 15:00 on Wednesday, 24 May 2017.
Aircraft will be moved out of the static display in the approximate order they were moved into the static display. Exhibitors located in Zones 1 and 2 can anticipate their aircraft being moved approximately three hours after the first movement (approximately 18:45). All aircraft must either depart or be returned to the exhibitor-appointed FBO by 19:00 on Wednesday, 24 May 2017.
Departure reservations are required by Geneva International Airport and will be allocated by EBACE management and GVA to each departing aircraft. Exhibitors should inform EBACE management about their departure intentions as soon as practical. Due to the high number of departures on Wednesday, 24 May 2017, adjustments to departure times and PPR slots may not be available until after Monday, 15 May 2017.
In order to facilitate a smooth move-out, exhibitor personnel will observe the following schedule on Wednesday, 24 May 2017.

Due to the high levels of security at Geneva International Airport, only one hour is allotted for exhibit teardown. Exhibitors must plan their exhibit tear down accordingly and plan to have all exhibit materials – including signs, flags, banners, carpet, fencing and furniture – packed and forklift-ready within this one hour timeframe.
