Alvadi Serpa, Jr. - EBACE

Alvadi Serpa, Jr. currently leads the Product Strategy for the entire portfolio of Embraer Executive Jets and his role encompasses sustaining the competitiveness of the current portfolio of business jets while developing mid- and long-term roadmaps. He has been a key player in Embraer ESG initiatives, including bringing SAF to Embraer Executive Aviation headquarters in Melbourne, FL and working with the company zero-emissions technology vertical.

Serpa is a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s Degree and an MBA in Aerospace Engineering.

He started his career working with CAD/CAE/CAM and rapid prototyping in automotive companies, such as Volvo Trucks, in Brazil, and Renault, in France.

In 2004, Serpa joined Embraer as a Product Strategy Engineer, with his first assignment to prepare the product requirements of the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 Executive Jets. Currently, there are over 1,000 Phenoms in operation.

After serving the Embraer North America Executive Jets division as a sales engineer, Serpa led the Legacy 650 and later the Legacy 450 and Legacy 500 product strategy. There are over 400 Legacy aircraft currently in operation.

Other projects in which Serpa took part include the disruptive Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 business jets and most recently the Phenom 300MED, the DUET collaboration with Porsche and the Pulse Concept.
