William “Willie” Brewster is Operations Product Quality Manager (Fuels) for Signature Aviation UK, Europe, Africa, Latin America & Caribbean regions.
He joined Signature Aviation in 2010, taking on various roles such as Airport Station Manager, Airport Pipeline Manager overseeing top-tier COMAH Storage (including Fuel Tanks, Hydrant & Refuelling Bowser Operations), Regional and Cluster Manager for multiple JIG locations, and Technical Manager. Throughout his tenure, his knack for cultivating strong relationships with customers and fuel suppliers has been instrumental in driving success across all his responsibilities.

In August 2017, Brewster was assigned the task of sourcing a reliable and environmentally sustainable supply of bio/sustainable fuel for Signature’s customers. Despite challenges due to limited availability and higher costs of biofuel products at the time, Whe persevered. By May 2020, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) became more accessible for the UK BA/GA market, and Signature identified ways to introduce this product at their Luton operation.

The year 2021 marked a significant milestone in Signature’s journey toward sustainable aviation fuel supply. Collaborating closely with business partners, Signature successfully made SAF available in Scotland for the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26). Throughout 2021 and into today, Brewster and the Signature team identify streamlined processes to facilitate the management of SAF through the comingling process, paving the way for smoother operations and reducing emissions.
