EBACE2024 Exhibit Options & Pricing
EBACE offers a variety of exhibit options for companies of all sizes. Review important information about EBACE2024 pricing and discounts.
Note: All exhibitors must be members in good standing of EBAA or NBAA. Any exhibitor with its headquarters in Europe must be a member of EBAA.
Indoor Exhibits
- Indoor exhibits will be located in Halls 4, 5 and 6 at Palexpo.
- Exhibits smaller than a 6-by-6-meter stand must reserve either shell scheme space or inline raw space.
- A minimum of a 6-by-6-meter stand is required to reserve island raw exhibit space.
Priority One Exhibitors
Available for exhibits of at least 180 square meters of contiguous exhibit space if application is submitted and full payment received by 8 December 2023.
- $521.67 per square meter reserved
Premium Placement
Premium placement is available for exhibitors reserving less than 180 square meters who have submitted their application and full payment by 8 December 2023.
Premium Placement includes an upgrade to Priority Two for placement and two additional badges per 9 square meters of exhibit space reserved.

Standard Placement
Standard placement is available to exhibitors reserving less than 180 square meters.
Discount: A discount of $21.64 per square meter reserved is valid for applications submitted with full payments by 8 December 2023.

Shell Scheme Space
All shell scheme stands include the following:
- Solid back wall and side wall panels, 2.5m (8 ft) high
- White metal crossbars to affix fascia board or spotlights (Spotlights must be purchased separately)
- Fascia board with printed company name
First-time Exhibitor Pavilion
The First-time Exhibitor Pavilion offers an easy and economical way to have a professional display at EBACE, Europe’s premier business aviation event. This opportunity is only available to companies that did not exhibit at EBACE2023 or EBACE2022.
- $4,500 per 1-by-2-meter (limit one per company)
Note: Image reflects the 2023 First-Time Exhibitor Pavilion. A new, similar design will be introduced for EBACE2024.
Each 1-by-2-meter unit includes the following:
- Two exhibitor badges
- Company profile in the online exhibitor directory and mobile app
- Listing in the online exhibitor directory and mobile app
- Graphic panel on wall (1500mm x 2050mm with 10mm bleed)
- Locking cupboard
- Two white stools
- Electric outlet
- Carpet
- Daily stand cleaning
- First-year membership in either EBAA or NBAA

Please note: Above pricing is approximate and does not include VAT. Pricing quoted for electricity and stand cleaning is in CHF. All other pricing is quoted in USD.
Aircraft Display
- Aircraft display exhibits will be located at Geneva International Airport, which is immediately adjacent to Palexpo.
- Aircraft display exhibits must showcase real aircraft.
- Exhibits without aircraft are not permitted on the aircraft display.
Ramp Space: $63.33 per square meter
Aircraft Movement Fees
Aircraft movement fees are determined based upon the size of the aircraft. EBACE management will collect fees and pass them along to the service provider.

- Ancillary charges for services to support the aircraft display exhibits will be billed separately.
- Fees for additional services such as electrical service, aircraft GPU and temporary air-conditioners will be billed separately by the EBACE-appointed service provider.
- Aircraft mock-ups are not permitted on the aircraft display. Only actual aircraft are permitted. Exhibitors should plan accordingly and include mock-ups with their indoor exhibits.
Co-exhibitors
Companies who will be sharing exhibit space with another exhibitor must notify NBAA in advance by completing the Co-exhibitor Registration Order form.

Co-exhibitors will receive one complimentary badge for each co-exhibitor company and will receive their own registration credentials. They may also purchase additional badges at the reduced exhibitor rate through their exhibitor registration portal.
