After your exhibit application has been submitted, you will need to begin the process of planning for your participation at EBACE2024. Order services for your stand and find more resources to make your planning easier.

Exhibitor Resource Center

Use the EBACE Exhibitor Resource Center order show services, review key deadlines and update your company’s information in the EBACE2024 Exhibitor Directory.

Co-Exhibitor Registration Form

All co-exhibitors and companies sharing exhibit space must be registered though the NBAA portal. Failure to advise EBACE of shared exhibit space in advance – including displaying the advertising of another company’s products or services – may result in additional charges to exhibitors.

Exhibitor Sustainability Pledge

To augment the efforts by EBAA and NBAA to make EBACE2024 a more sustainable event, exhibitors are invited to participate in the EBACE2024 Sustainability Pledge.

Media Access Request Form

As part of new security measures, media will not have access to the exhibit floor and aircraft display on 27 May or on 28 May until the show opens at 10:00 a.m. Exhibitors must submit this form to request approval to host a media event or have credentialed media visit their stand on 27 May.

Meeting Room Request Form

Palexpo provides meeting rooms on show days for EBACE2024 exhibitors for a small fee. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibit Space Placement Proxy Form

If you are unable to participate on the call at your company’s appointment time for the EBACE2024 priority placements, you may submit your exhibit space preferences via proxy by submitting this form to the EBACE exhibits team no more than 8 hours prior to your assigned appointment.
