EBACE2024 Media Access Request Form

Media Day grants exclusive access for credentialed media to attend exhibitor press conferences and other media events scheduled on Monday, 27 May. New this year, as part of new security measures, media will not have access to the exhibit floor and aircraft display on 27 May or on 28 May until the show opens at 10:00 a.m.

Exhibitors must submit this form to request approval to host a media event or have credentialed media visit their stand on 27 May.

Security & Media List Requirements

Exhibitors are required to hire one security guard for every 75 guests expected at their press event. Security guards must be hired through the EBACE official security company, Securitas SA, contact: +41 (0) 22 809 48 48 or [email protected].
Exhibitors must submit the names of invited media to show management no later than 20 May.
Invited media may not access the exhibit floor without an official EBACE media badge. Please make sure your invited media are properly credentialed in advance of the show.

Exhibitors must send confirmation of their security order and invited media list to [email protected] by 20 May. Media events will not be approved without a copy of the security order or invited media list.

Access Instructions

Upon form submission, EBACE Show Management will review your request and respond with any questions or with approval. Please note the following instructions for media access:

Exhibitors are responsible for providing the required high-visibility vests and hard hats to media personnel for access during exhibit setup.
Registered media will need an official EBACE media badge and wristband to access the show floor and outdoor aircraft display. Both the media badge and wristband may be picked up starting at 08:00 on Monday, 27 May at the Media Registration counter located inside the Palexpo lobby.
Media events on Media Day and show days may not coincide with official EBACE events, including Newsmakers sessions and the keynote address.
Media events at the aircraft display cannot start until 14:00 on Monday, 27 May.
