EBACE2024 exhibitors have the exclusive opportunity to reserve time slots for dedicated press conference rooms at Palexpo on Monday, 27 May (Press Day). There are a limited number of press conference time slots, which are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

All payments for EBACE2024 must be made in U.S. dollars. All exhibitors requesting press conference rooms must be current on all accounts with NBAA and paid in full for their exhibit space in order for their press conference to be reserved.
Note: There will be no refunds once a press conference has been scheduled.
Press conferences are scheduled in 45-minute time slots and each exhibitor is provided 30 minutes prior to set up and 15 minutes after to tear down as well as 5 minutes in travel time between press conferences.
Exhibitors must leave rooms clean and in good condition with all trash and marketing materials removed 15 minutes after their press conference concludes.
Due to the short time between press conferences, catering is not permitted during press conferences.
Exhibitors will receive a detailed confirmation once their press conference has been confirmed.
A schedule of press conferences will be posted on the EBACE2024 website and a final schedule will be posted in the EBACE Press Headquarters on-site.
Exhibitors may also schedule invitation-only press events at their booth or aircraft display, although we encourage use of official EBACE press conference facilities whenever possible to avoid conflicting events. Exhibitors may not host press conferences during official EBACE events, such as the Media Luncheon or Opening Session. Please provide EBACE Show Management with details of where and when your press conferences will be held so that we can provide proper notice to members of the media.
