Anne-Pascale Guedon

Anne-Pascale Guedon is a seasoned executive with 30 years experience in international development, with experience in investment banking and aerospace/defense with General Electric and Airbus.

For 12 years, Guedon lead strategy and implementation of the private equity arm of Airbus Group in 30 countries for decarbonation of the group via sustainable aviation fuels and ventures in the UAM ecosystem.

Since 2021, Guedon has pioneered the UAM evolution in France and Monaco for the Olympic Games 2024 and the commercial and marketing activities of the Monacair Group legacy helicopter operations.

She oversees the development of the AAM area of the EVER Monaco trade show dedicated to sustainable mobility.

Guedon graduated from HEC Paris and IHEDN. She is a Colonel of the Citizenship Reserve of the French Air Force and board member of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs CHEID alumni.
