Johnny Foster

John B. Foster, IV (“Johnny”) serves as President and CEO of OGARAJETS, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Foster joined the company in 1991 and was appointed President in 2005, followed by full management and ownership in 2013.

Foster embraces a business acumen grounded in a fully transparent and ethical moral code influenced by his father, industry veteran John Foster.

Foster sets the strategic vision for OGARAJETS with a priority set on responsible growth, uncompromised leadership and excellence in all actions. Since his time with the company, OGARAJETS has completed just shy of 800 global transactions valued in excess of $3.5 billion.

Foster served on the board for the National Aircraft Resale Association (NARA, now IADA), most recently as Chairman from 2015-2017 and is the incoming Chairman for the IADA Foundation offering financial support to aspiring students and young professionals, while also offering assistance to aviation-related charities in times of need. Foster also served on the board for the Georgia Business Aviation Association (GBAA), leading efforts to the development and launch of the GBAA Scholarship Initiative.

Locally, Foster formed a strategic partnership between OGARAJETS and Aviation Career Enrichment (ACE), an Atlanta-based flight school, whose primary mission is to serve its students by providing a positive and nurturing environment to boost academic and life skills through exposure to aviation training.

Foster is a graduate of Colorado State University and an active member of the Southern 7 Chapter of YPO (Gold).
