Nick HousemanNick Houseman is a senior business leader in the fields of private aviation and sustainability services. He is co-owner of Elit’avia, one of Europe’s largest mixed fleet business aircraft operators that manages a fleet of 25 business and cargo aircraft for charter and private use, including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, Hawker and Boeing models. 

Additionally, Houseman is founder of Zenith Jet, a company that provides technical consulting services to business jet owners, including sustainability services, and co-founder of Azzera, a carbon offsetting firm that helps companies achieve carbon neutrality through a range of sustainable solutions. 

Houseman is deeply committed to the environment and is dedicated to promoting sustainable business practices to his clients, as well as ensuring sustainability is part of his business ventures. 

Prior to founding Zenith Jet in 2008, Houseman spent a decade at Bombardier Business Aircraft in high-profile positions, including program director of the Global 5000 and Global XRS green production line, and director of flight operations responsible for all of Bombardier’s demo and interim lift aircraft. He also worked in the Strategy & Business Development group, where he was the project lead on the due diligence and acquisition team for Skyjet.  

Houseman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from McGill University and an MBA from Concordia University, both in Montreal, Canada.
