Sarah Silke is the HR Director for Europe for Flexjet and PrivateFly, She has been worked for the companies for nearly 5 years and has 20 years generalist HR experience.

Silke has a MA in Human Resources and is CIPD qualified. She has extensive knowledge of key HR policies and procedures including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management, managing global terms and conditions of employment.

During her time with Flexjet and PrivateFly, Silke has been instrumental in managing the headcount growth of over 450% both through organic growth and acquisitions.
