Sebastien Borel

Chief Commercial Officer, Lilium

Sebastien Borel has more than 20 years of aerospace experience, formerly serving in various leadership positions at Airbus and Honeywell. Borel joined Lilium from Honeywell where he was Vice-President, Strategic Partnerships, M&A and Licensing in Europe. Previously he was at Airbus, holding several senior management positions including Chief Commercial Officer of Airbus’ subsidiary NAVBLUE.

Borel started his career in Denver, CO with Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, before joining an aerospace IT company in California. He also has commercial pilot licenses and attended the French Merchant Navy officer academy.
