Toby Edwards is co-CEO of Victor, the multi award-winning on-demand jet charter platform. A loyal and steadfast member of the Victor family, his tenure with the jet charter broker started over a decade ago when he joined Victor as the first Member Services Executive in July 2012. From that moment he has lived and breathed the company’s core values of transparency, integrity and customer Centricity – rising up through the ranks to take the place of co-CEO of the company at the age of 33 in July 2020.

Since 2020 Edwards has driven growth, led the business to profitability and propelled Victor’s entire strategy around sustainability, ensuring the mission of ‘A better way to fly’ is far from just a tagline. Under his leadership, the air broker is spearheading pioneering sustainability initiatives within the private jet sector, securing an industry-leading partnership with Neste, the world’s leading provider of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).

Edwards is committed to upholding Victor’s key ethos of providing transparency for clients – disclosing aircraft, operator and carbon emission details at the point of quotation – while ensuring both an effortless and seamless travel experience.
